Erika Monroy has over 25 years of experience educating and empowering individuals to achieve balanced mental health—thereby boosting their personal well-being and productivity—through the development of emotional intelligence. She earned a Bachelor’s degree in Clinical Psychology in Mexico and pursued Master’s-level studies in Psychopedagogy at Anáhuac University. Since 2017, she has been a Professional Certified Coach (PCC) accredited by the International Coach Federation (ICF). She subsequently obtained certification as an International PDA (Personal Development Assessment) Analyst. She has authored, designed, and published two e-books focused on emotional intelligence and personal re-engineering. She creates virtual educational content (e-learning) using various Learning Management Systems (LMS) and educational platforms for institutions. She is the creator and instructor of the course "The Happiness Science & Spirituality" at Panamerican University. She has also frequently appeared as a mental health expert on radio programs, television networks, and in print media (newspapers and magazines), providing emotional support and psychological guidance to the community. Her background as a clinical psychologist led to her role as a behavioral expert and analyst on the television program *C.D.I. (Código de Investigación)*, a successful true-crime series aired on Univision and UniMás. Her work on the program involves: Analyzing criminal minds: Evaluating the motivations, psychological profiles, and triggers of individuals who commit crimes. Explaining trauma: Analyzing the impact of events on victims and their families, and offering insights into grief and overcoming tragedy. Understanding social dynamics: Breaking down the psychological factors behind behaviors such as jealousy and aggression in relationships.
